Okay, so i have a question, time stamp 51:50. You said the answer is true, but i thought it to be false. You said the first half of question, which yeah, BUT in your answer you never mentioned the 2nd half of question which states that if its "in EXCESS of Maximum MUE value". So wouldnt that be false then?? Cause you said you canNot go over max value??
I have a question about one exercise at 1:14:55, why don't we need 59 modifier here? Just because we are using "RT" and "LT" modifiers as they are already describing the scenario?
I have a confusion about the last exercise, at 1:42:10. the intermediate repair was done for the same lesion that was excised. so, how can the repair be considered as multiple procedures?
Good Question. In real world coding some people just don't know that both procedures are incidental. That is why we consult the NCCI edits. In this scenario (hypothetical) the instructor was demonstrating that the codes can be coded together IF and WHEN appropriate. She also pointed out the warning. This is one way to be sure.
And again just a few minutes into the video I learn more here than with my online university course I took!
Thank you partylikes
please make a video about the denial management and billing in claim process
