Growing up in the 80's was just the best. We had awesome music, awesome movies, we had the freedom to have fun, and a government who was not suppressing and choking us into poverty. We could afford to have a vehicle and put gas in just to burn up cruising around. Our school system was better, the food was not all this low fat, low gluten, low sodium, low taste. The 80's were the best time in the world, and always will be. It's sad to see everything we had disappear.

This song motivated me to just be myself. I had to work very hard, but after a year I won in the end. I own my own home now (no longer homeless), I have two jobs, and a car. I won in the end because I stayed focused on my goals--never allowing others to put me down.
