    I'm sick at home and rewatching your season of the show. I was already thinking about making a focaccia for Christmas and then i saw your recipe, so i found this video and bought your book! Wish me luck 😂

    Giuseppe, you were an outstanding baker...and watching you bake along with so many other talented people in that season of GBBO really helped me through some of the most challenging days of my life. I was so inspired by the moment when your father cheered you on as you were about to compete in the final. I just wanted to say all of that, and thank you!

    Thank you so very much Giuseppe for sharing your gift with us. My Grandma Cucchiara's recipes have not been found. I'm am trying to duplicate them. She used "00" flour. It makes a great difference. Again thanks! Blessings be.

    What size is the pan? I have your book and lived in Brindisi 48 years ago.

      The quantities in the book are for a 30cm round tin, but you can use a different shape pan as long as the overall thickness of the focaccia is about 4-5cm or 2 inches.
