      @@echohotel4963 so Andy Reid should be fired if the defense in KC struggles? Andy plays no role in the defense just focuses on the offensive side. First time Defensive head coach Robert Saleh didn’t have much of a role in picking or playing Zach and everyone knows Saleh was forced to hire Hackett in order to appease Aaron. Saleh was looking to change Hackett in the offseason but was forced to wait and see what the offense would look like with a healthy Aaron.

They scapegoated Saleh’s first OC for the terrible pick of Zach who clearly was forced to play early because of where he was picked and his family being good friends with the owner. When Lafluer had a competent QB and decent line play his offense actually worked with Mike white, Flacco and even Josh Johnson because it was more modern and creative.

      @@wadingthru The first OC left after he was fired but his friend let him say it was mutual. AND then the team hired a new OC and then they traded for Rodgers. Your timeline is not correct.
      And no one but me calls Lafleur the failure that he was. EVERYONE blamed Zach. Zach was always to blame and now Hachett and Rodgers is. Half of theses idiots calling for Hackett to go have no idea he wasn't the OC the whole time. Those guys won 2 games, one was given to them. Flacco was SO BAD, he couldn't get an invite to training camp the following year.
      Mike "effin" White just threw the ball with no care for tournovers. No problem against the awful bears and the 30th rank pass defense Vikings. First real defense he didn't last the half because he dealt with what Zach did during the season.
      Saleh should have been fired for using that 2-game stretch against bad defenses not to rehab his No. 2 overall pick but instead he and Lafleur gambled and used it to try and pump up White. And it fooled almost everyone. Then the Bills brought everyone back to reality. If White was so awesome, why did Flacco start the year at QB when Zach was hurt?

    • @wadingthru
      @wadingthru Месяц назад

      @@richardprescott5939 Flacco started because if you start an undrafted player over a 2nd overall pick you admit you made the wrong pick. Do you really think Woody would allow that?
      Lafleur was let go because they wanted Rodgers and were scapegoating him for Zach who by the way now is backing up a rookie. Rodgers didn’t like Green Bay’s offense so why would the jets keep Lafluer if they wanted Rodgers? So they got Hackett to appease him. We don’t know how good Lafluer is or could be because he had to work with a QB that wasn’t ready and Joe Douglas didn’t bring in a veteran backup. All I know is every other QB I saw run the Jets offense under Lafluer looked better than Zach Josh Johnson, Flacco, strevler, Mike white.

      Hackett was hired BEFORE Rodgers so they only could have hiored him for two reasons. They wanted him or they wanted to ENTICE Rodgers. But Lafleur was already long gone as he should have been. He likely convinced Saleh that White was the way to go and it failed. Had they at least played Zach out that year and he crashed, they would have been uble to vut ties then instead of last year.
