Everyone did HQ at my college in 2017. It wasn't even super about the $, it was just a pride thing to be able to say you've won HQ. It was always funny when you'd be in a lecture hall during one of the lives because you'd see it on everyone's phones and hear people get upset when they'd lose. I can't even remember when we all stopped though, I assumed the app had died but guess not

The bird's nest seemed too obvious so most without a bot or Google guessed cabbage and noodles and the answer actually was bird's nest. There were 2 million people playing and only 250,000 left after that answer. And to rub it in the next night Scott ate soup out of a bowl with a bird on it

i think that was a joke. i highly doubt the owners would have wanted that. hosts showing up drunk/high is often a sign that the company is on the ropes (poor management leading to poor work environment, higher levels of stress, etc)

My senior year, a few fellow students and I took a class at the other high school in our district. We would bus there and back everyday. On the bus back, there was always an HQ quiz going. Everyday me and the other students would all play HQ and help each other with the questions and all promised to share if we won. We never did win.

I think they should try again, but fix the issues with implementing ads, airing the show ~less~ than daily, and smaller but more rewards, like top 100 players get $5, first gets $100
