The problem whit the hasbro is that looks too "toy", toy biz think more on how the figures look in more how articulate they are, becuase they are not a toy for kids, its a collectible so the detail and paint has to go a way better, but the hasbro looks more ship and simple
I really like the Hasbro one! I remember seeing pictures of the Toybiz one on the Internet growing up and, while I thought it was cool, it never resonated with me the way the Hasbro one immediately did. Hasbro's MODOK just gets the "giant head, little arms, funny flying chair" down pat! The Toybiz one, while impressively sculpted and painted, always felt off to me, with the physiology. I get my Hasbro MODOK Thursday and I'm so stoked to see it in-person finally! Also, fun review! I dig it!
I honestly give sculpt to Hasbro with the two faces and the way the hair is designed it fits the face better imo. Toybiz is a clear winner for paint though.

For the face I like Toy Biz but body goes to Hasbro
I agree, for some reason, the sculpt work and paint on the Toybiz version feels more organic, but overall the Hasbro one is slightly better.
