SOLD!! At 34:26 minutes into video. When Jura showed that clean warehouse with parts going back 20 years. All I pay is 500$ to cover my 5000$ machine. SOLD SOLD SOLD. That’s all I needed to see. That was beautiful.

I just ordered the Z10 from ShopJura yesterday. I used to own an early version of the Ena. It lasted for years, but I did have to send it in for repairs once. At the time, there was also help by phone from their New Jersey site. Yes, the plastic tube from the milk container will get grungy and clogged over time, so it’s very important to keep it and all of the milk delivery system clean.

I really appreciate this review. It’s extremely helpful. I also like that you showed us how to clean the milk system. I wish you had asked if we could use the liquid cleaner with the Z10 and not just the tablets. Do you think we can use both? I only ask because I have a ton of the liquid cleaner left from my Z6. Thanks for the review.

Hum, what about the tube coming out of the milk machine? how do you clean that? and how often? I sure if you don't clean it bacteria will grow in there. That does not look very practical to me. Sorry but I am a clean freak guy

Great question. If you use the machine to prepare a milk based drink, the machine will prompt you to clean the milk pipe work. This can be done once a day. You are provided with cleaning tablets. you insert the tablets in the container that comes with the machine, and prompt the machine to clean the pipe. The machine would then start the pipe cleaning process by running the dissolved solution through the milk pipe to ensure there are no residues left in the pipe . This is standard with pretty much any Super Automatic Coffee Machine.
