    Another good review Richard. I just tried to order one of these, it was out of stock but I got the 05 model instead along with some other goodies. I have to say the service from Tacfire Systems has been superb; very helpful, good delivery times and (unlike some retailers) they don't take your money for out of stock items. Highly recommended! :)

    I wish we in the US could hunt with a supresor on our rifles. I find it rather funny that a country that as fire arms laws as restrictive as yours, that you are allowed (almost required) to use a supressor. Here in the US we can damn near have any gun we want with few exceptions but people loose thier minds when we want to keep our guns quite. Anyway I'm look at one of these monopods for my own rifles. thanks for the review.

      Thanks mate and my pleasure. Yes in use i found the shortest plenty high enough. If anything you always want them shorter, so the shortest version is my recommendation

    Yes I wholeheartedly recommend them to people ( even if I mistaken called them TacFire solutions rather than TacFire Systems! ) and the Atlas kit is fit and forget reliable
    I'm amazed that every rifle everywhere doesn't have an Accushot on; I predict their popularity will go through the roof as the word spreads

    Question - do you pull the rear monopod back towards you/pull left or right to affect the grouping in much the way hand placement does on the grip?

      Tom mate that is the 04.
      You think that you need them longer. In fact in use it is always SHORTER you need. My advice is buy the shortest one (04) and go from there.
      We've taken to removing the plastic shims too to shorten them a shade more

      Interesting. I thought for elevated and declinated shots in the field longer would be better?

    What length did you pick?

    • @RichardUttingSharpshootingUK
      @RichardUttingSharpshootingUK  7 лет назад +2

      Definitely the shortest

      Depends on your rifle. The standard was too small for how the Scar 20 is built, so I'm getting a mid-height monopod

    I have one. Not tall enough though.

    For dead on accuracy you can’t beat the mono pod
