- ● 200 g of cottage cheese;
● 3 tbsp. l. granulated sugar (or to taste);
● 5 tbsp. l. sour cream;
● 2 eggs;
● 3 tbsp. l. semolina;
● 2 tbsp. l. melted butter;
● 1 tsp. baking powder;
All ingredients are simply whizzed and whirred in a blender. And then on silicone muffin tins. Bake until golden brown at 180 degrees.
