Hey Lovelies,
I decided to remake my eyebrow tutorial, due to the high requests and also because of the horrible quality of previous video. I want to show you how to properly & naturally fill in eyebrows for 2013. Although I used the same camera to film my last tutorial, my lighting was horrible and I just want to deliver better quality to you all! Not much has changed about the way I do my eyebrows.
