Bakugo is stronger than everyone but Deku and shigiraki, when AFO said that bakugo wasn’t stronger than Endeavour or Tokoyami, he was literally just on copium because he didn’t want to believe some random kid could be rocking him so bad. You also have to take into account that AFO said this basically before the “real” fight even happened.

I would agree but as you said he also mentioned tokoyami, Who is also a random kid who technically is more a side character than Bakugo. When he was also talking about bakugo's powers it wasn't that it was stronger, just that Bakugo himself was pissing him off. Which with his limited time, he seems to be just acting way more irrational. AFO usually wins his battles by mental manipulation, if someone is more powerful than him. Bakugo is just so rash that mental manipulation doesn't work, he also doesn't really know much about him. Bakugo could be that powerful now but at that time probably not.

@@NoTailNinjawhile it is true what you said and it’s hard to deny any of it also considering Dani’s explosion was gonna wipe out everything in a 5km radius (larger than Hiroshima) and I find it hard to say Bakugou could pull that off the problem is that it takes time to charge that power similar to Phosphor Shoto while yes he has potentially higher strength then Bakugou in Phosphor state the problem is it takes time to charge time that Bakugou can Speed Blitz and explode to oblivion
Also what the first guy said was true too the battle had just begun when he made that statement and Bakugou states he can feel himself growing stronger and faster rapidly as he was adjusting to his newfound strength he went from his explosions only pushing AFO to his explosions skeletizing AFO with his unending onslaught against AFO. AFO was even surprised that Bakugou could catch up to his speed at all meaning that he did underestimate him showing that yes Bakugou is getting stronger as the battle continues and his speed correlated to strength since they all come from his explosions and the size of his explosions r no joke either from the one he blasted at Shigiraki to the one he used when claiming to be the Final Boss to AFO in chapters 405 and 406 and that whole fight Bakugou was gripping with death but in a Plus Ultra State so imagine a healthy Bakugou fully hydrated in that Plus Ultra State, Dabi however just kills himself no matter what because he doesn’t have fire resistance even with a ice quirk we have no clue if it’s as strong as his fire or how strong it is in general, but from what it seems like when he was charging his flames to explode everyone he was using his ice quirk since Endeavor could feel and see it meaning Dabi was trying his hardest to not burn completely while he was charging up in order to generate AS MUCH heat as he possibly could meaning we likely saw Dabi’s true limit in his last battle
