Being raised on Maui This was very inspiring. Especially the conversation about seeking struggle out and doing the hard things first. This is probably one of the top podcast episodes that I've ever listened to. I'm about to embark on a big life change. I closed my business down and rented out our House and Ohana in Kihei to Lahaina fire survivor families and leaving maui for a year long trip to spend all my time with my wife and 3 kids in an RV going on an adventure. It was really awesome to hear Brandon share his story about getting to financial independence and setting out in the airstream and after 4 months then realizing that he needed more than just time spent with the family. I feel like I am getting a glimpse of things to come when I hear both stories about traveling and then getting to the point of needing more struggle. Just like a book comes into your life at the right time so has this podcast episode.
Great show. Loved the quote about some people may not want to travel the world, they may only want to have the freedom to travel to pick their kids up from school. Great insight in this one.
Brandon, My business partner and I are making a switch in our business model from Real Estate Development to active cash-flowing real estate in the US....Im trying to get as many eyes on the proforma I built as possible. Its a GP/LP model...Care to take a look?
That beard is truely ZZ top status at this point. Great job Brandon!

Brian's step-by-step roadmap is a real eye-opener for anyone looking to break free from the 9-5 grind.
This was awesome to hear!
This came at the perfect time for me. Millions of gems that will move my business toward today. Thank you ❤
Love the energy and the advice is SO good!
This is a great one! Thanks Brandon.
Great episode & Brian has been a great mentor for me over last few years. Please bring in 3 amigos from one rental at a time channel.
Great story. I also liked the part Brandon said about unread books in the bookshelf.😂😂. Bottle of wines! That’s nice.
I didn’t realize Whistling diesel was going to be on today!
Brandon not remembering any of the passed conversations with Brian is very relatable. That’s what happens to your brain having little kids. Lol
