My guess is an adrenaline shot to get the transformation going and use it as a way to gaslight both Axel into believing he is a monster and also do the same with his brother. If his brother believes he is a monster, he wouldn’t want to be near Axel and if Axel believes that, he won’t be near anyone. And these scientists can just use Axel for whatever sick purposes they have. Whether it be as a weapon or something else, if they alienate him from everyone he’s easy to manipulate.
yeah and i think, i know axel has anger issues and all of that.. but i actually knew now what they put in that needle i think they put a anger needle to make axel lose his temper so he can transform infront of his brother but a message for axel, if anything is trying to keep you away from the people you love then get revenge i know that you dont feel like yourself when you are a german shepard but i know that this form can take revenge and please i know u can’t control it but please axel use your powers to defeat the monsters unlike you because you aren’t a monster axel you are just The best character ❤❤ and don’t hurt yiur brother so becareful! btw can anyone tell me how axel goes back to his original form??

Light used to be happy when he test axel but as time passes he realizes that he wants him to be happier and let him live and go finally just when he wants them to do it he tells them himself in fact if it wasn’t for light (gunshot)
