To see how the team grows under CCs leadership is epic. Now press conferences involves more than CC. Great ❤

    Another unofficial record:
The most enjoyable, watchable press conference in WNBA history.
Not just the ‘balls’ joke, but the rase and comfort, with which they gave props to each other!

Clark was playing against boys as a kid because ther were no female teams. Nothing is going to diminish a great athlete especially if they are drawing viewers like she is. The Fever is climbing to new heights as a true team ❤

She didn't play the victim card and thus became stronger. That's a story lesson liberals hate. That's really why they hate her.

There is speculation Kelcie will exercise her free-agent option. Her comments in this press conference give me optimism that she understands playing with CC is absolutely in her best interest. Give her the contract. Keep her in Indiana long term.

KM deserves the biggest contract they can give her, hoping the free agent talk is just a negotiation tactic.

@@ChrisSavenSHIt just means she wants to be a free agent, with the higher $$ that entails, rather than getting another extension. She will become a free agent, and the Fever will back up the money truck, and that will be that. 👏🏾

If you watched one or two of the beginning of the season verses seeing the team play now, you would swear you're looking at two different teams. But they just figured out a play style that is working and it is largely the pace of play. They can hurt an opponent with the pace of play and every player can hurt you.

Kelsey Mitchel is a great gal, a bucket, one of the main reasons why the Fever is in this great position. Occasionally goes crazy and wants to be a hero. Most of the time a spot shooter . Same goes for Lexie. Spot shooter, decent defense and energy. Both of them are being fed by CC or AB. They are not being hit like CC, they are not being blitzed like CC, CC rarely gets a setup play for her, anything she scores she had to earn it.r, she makes her own shot, once the ball leaves her hand, rarely comes back, except to initiate the attack, they don't generate the fear and gravity that CC does. Same reason why CC is the league MVP. You let A'ja score her points and still the Aces are still winning games sporadically. You remove CC from the Fever, get ready for the shit show. Remove the 20+ points, rebounds and passes and the leadership that she gives you and we are back or even worse than last year where Hull, Mitchel, AB were playing already. The reason why the games are being fought to the last possession is because sides doesn't know how to deal with CC talent. CC can give you 30+ point games. She did it on the first 15 games at least 3 times. Why did she stop doing it? Because she has vision, she is unselfish and she wants to win. The reason why the passing has decreased from 10+ a game to 5 - 6 is besides their inability to make shots, we are playing standard WNBA basketball. We are regressing. Honestly, CC. would be better in a Team like the Liberty, Lynx or Phoenix. Yesterday during the Indiana TV broadcast they criticized when CC had to drive to the hoop and Dijonai scored on the other end while she was still on the floor. It is concerning to hear the disrespect that she is getting. I see comments like pay Kelsey whatever she asks. Odyssey Sims is a way more complete player than her and we could've got her. Missed opportunity.

Look at Caitlin Clark's poise and composure as just a rookie to WNBA handling the press conference, that's absolute star MVP quality right there.

It’s funny the men in the NBA saw how special Caitlin is right away. Yes the logo 3’s were great in college. But they were talking more about her basketball IQ, the speed at which she was playing and her passing. So when the jealous women (past and present) were pulling her apart for no reason, the men of the NBA were scratching their heads. NBA is tired of supplementing the WNBA due to how bad their revenue was. And when the ladies were biting the potential hand that would feed them… they were plain dumb. Caitlin’s response to the hate has been so great. I wouldn’t have been able to respond as she did. Very positive and professional. But as she plays… we see she doesn’t take Sh*t on the court and that makes me love her more. She’s like Tom Brady in that he was all about the team. And she raises the team and is always pointing the light on them. So I’m enjoying a lot of the players now. But honestly I never would’ve watched wnba if Caitlin didn’t happen. And now (God forbid) Caitlin left… I would still watch if they continued growing and the people incoming are great players like this year and last years rookies.

If you take the most shots, you will make the most points even if you shoot a terrible 33% not that big of a deal. She’s not being efficient but the game is a hole is so unwatchable. No one cares that she’s honestly a huge disappointment from expectations.

Caitlin Clark is only shooting 33% from three point land and that is with a basketball that is 1 inch less in circumfrence than men's basketball in NBA. Stephen curry shot 43% from three point land in his rookie year. Huge difference.

FYI .... "The size of the ball used in the WNBA has a significant impact on gameplay. The official size of the WNBA ball is 28.5 inches in circumference, which is slightly smaller than the men’s NBA ball, which is 29.5 inches in circumference. This difference in size affects how players interact with the ball, as well as how long it takes to move down the court and shoot it into the hoop.
The smaller size of the WNBA ball makes it more difficult for players to move quickly down the court and pass it quickly between teammates. Since there is less room for error when dribbling and passing, players need to be more precise with their movements and passes. This can make offensive strategies more difficult to execute, since teams need to find ways to create space and get off shots without committing too many turnovers.
The smaller size of the WNBA ball also affects shooting accuracy. The men’s basketball is larger than a women’s basketball, making it easier for men’s players to grip and control their shots. In comparison, women’s players must compensate for having a smaller ball by using more force on their shots in order to generate sufficient power for it to go into the hoop from further distances. As such, shooting accuracy can be greatly affected by using a smaller-sized ball due to its heavier weight making it harder for players to maintain control over their shots from longer distances.
In addition, since there is less room on a smaller-sized basketball for a player’s hands, shooting form can be affected as well. Women’s basketball players must adjust their shot form accordingly in order to make accurate shots from various angles while still maintaining control over their shots from further distances away from the basket. This requires both practice and skill development that may not be necessary with a larger-sized basketball due to its increased room for error when shooting from further away from the basket or at different angles." ..... ballscience.net/is-the-wnba-ball-smaller-exploring-the-differences-in-size-and-impact-on-gameplay/
