BUDGET BOX: Meal No2 AIRFRYER Soup: Sweet Potato & Roasted Veg

So after Meal one which was Roasted Veg with Pork Shoulder Steaks (delish by the way) meal 2 is similar but with sweet potato thrown in as well as garlic, carrots and celery that were already in stock. Oh and about 500ml of homemade chicken stock - made from Sundays chicken carcase.
