I knew a few exercises she could do with light kettle bells light bands and light dumbbell movements and running on the treadmill but were wanting basketball conditioning stuff thanks for your time
Hey, I don’t have this in a excel document or pdf. The best thing you can do is to write down all the warmup and strength exercise then refer back to this video for demonstration. Hope that helps!

My daughter is the most uncoordinated 10 year old in the history of mankind. I wish I could find something for her. Something that won't hurt her
She just needs to do it often or even better to find a qualified trainer
