I only buy these to build them. My 2 year old loves hot wheels and matchbox. So far we got the police station and car wash. I’ve been trying to find the Pizza Hut one
Hi 64Wheels I really like the Airport Playset, i have a couple planes that i customized to go with it, Skybuster customized Philippine Airlines 747-8, 2 Dollartree Diecast Planes Philippine AL B777-300ER and a Philiippine AL MD-90, i have Alot of Hotwheels and Matchbox Cars, i'll use Some of my favorites with the Playsets.
It means a ton to me to hear you do the sound effects like the backing up sound while demonstrating the action feature, and the sound of the beeping of the car! It’s so important in reviews for products like these. Well done and another great review! 😊
Love to see more of these, like a retail store to fit those two and such, maybe a UPS, Amazon and such variants of this, also wanna get those two, but not sure which store has them here, love making little display of such, so yeah
A train station would be nice and a great way to like the FedEx store, airport, and the ferry port together - you could get the whole shipping process in 1/64 scale ha!
Another perfect video. Just received my FEDEX package playset today. Had to think about the other sets you mentioned since I was hoping they would come out with a store, bank, school, etc. But, it didn't take long to sell myself on the idea of the ferry and the car wash. They also make sense since we are talking about ACTION drivers. anyway, thanks for the heads up and the video on this set. By the way, went to the Mattel outlet in San Bernardino, CA. While they seldom have any Action Drivers playset, they usually only have individual cars. What struck me thou was that the manager had to stagger the number of people coming into the place for Matchbox items and set a time limit. They had a recent incident with a couple of collectors and it got out of hand so the manager had no choice. Such things take the fun out of shopping for these toys. Thanks again for the great video.

Great review as always! I gotta get me one of these! So many action features and its the first time the fedex logo is being used on a package truck. They put it on a box truck some time ago. Would like to see some ups licensed hw and mb. I have a (greenlight brand i think) ups package truck. Its a little more to 1/64 scale, pretty cool. A little off topic but i was at target yesterday and i found a cool target lettered semi truck/trailer with the "aisle driver" hw shopping cart also decorated in target livery. The rear door opens and the cart can fit inside too! Plus from the movie Lightyear, i found the armadillo vehicle. I didn't even know they were gonna make that! Sweeet! Great post again! I actually have the Matchbox FedEx Ford box truck but I forgot to put it in the video lol. Hot Wheels had a FedEx playset back in the day, but this one looks more realistic and is more city based where the HWs set was one of the more “track” based sets. I filmed a video on that Target truck but haven’t edited it yet - I love the fact they are doing more licensed stuff like that! Now all we need is a Target playset to go with it ha!
Do all meijers have a issue with getting the action drivers in because my meijer in toledo had plenty last time i was there like some old ones and new ones like helicopter rescue
Meijer’s in general is very slow with toy merchandise. Our local Meijer’s in southern Ohio seems to never get new mainlines and is slow with Matchbox product too. Their Action Drivers selection locally is a bit behind too, as they have the fire and police station but not the car wash or anything yet.
I don't know which retail stores are selling these. Only time I found a Matchbox playset like that (Pizza Hut with Volkswagen) was at a Walgreens. Any idea which stores would be selling those?
They should be sold at multiple retail stores, but I’d probably say Meijer’s, Wal-Mart or Target would be a good start, then the CVS or Walgreens stores too. Apparently shipments of the sets are running a little behind as some preorders have gone unfilled so far.
Sadly yes. Mainline Matchbox and HWs use to have so many moving parts models, but now there are only a few moving parts cars remaining in the $1 range. Nowadays it seems like you have to step up to the next price range ($2.99ish) to get a opening doors model.

As of right now the only ones on the street are the ones off eBay, but they should be hitting retail stores soon. You can also preorder them on Entertainment Earth’s website.
Why doesn't Walmart or target get these especially the Fed Ex one. If Ross or TJ Maxx get them they would likely only have 1. My Meijer won't be getting any until sometime after the remaining pizza hut and bus ones they have sell. It's a 7.99 to 9.99 set so all of the online prices are ridiculous. Ace Hardware has assorted action drivers online for $9.99, so they don't let you pick the one you want and it would be luck to get the Fed Ex one.

I have been struggling to find the fedex playset in Canada
