So did I, and still feeling it. Started a year ago in traditional style. Well... I made few countrie records and I'm a traditional country champion, sooo just go, start, there's nothing holding you 😊 Good luck.
Haha it was not fun shooting the bow without a arrow inside, my bow just explode and it shocked me so bad and my coach looked at me with a stern face I was still a beginner back then
I’m 34 and getting my first bow this year, was always afraid of trying it when I was younger, from fear of looking stupid not knowing what or how to do it. So thanks for the videos you explain everything very simplistic but detailed. I feel like it’s something worth trying after watching. Thanks again!!
My first time shooting bow and arrow was yesterday. And guess what? I hit 3 row of 10 and the coach was suspicious if I ever was doing archery before. Mind him, that was my first time doing archery.😅
Never noticed b4 - You're left handed? Or left eye is dominant? I am cross dominant and discovered pretty early so wasn't too hard to switch to shooting left handed.
Im starting mine in August, made a couple of huge mistakes that one actually damaged my blood vessels on my pull arm. How are you finding the course, obviously we learn in different rates, me personally find it pretty easy to learn most thing's, i play guitar totally self taught yet very good apparently. So what did you find the most challenging? Thankyou.
Im abit confused about something and would really appreciate an answer. You hold youre bow in your right hand, yet in two videos ive seen you have the arrow on different sides of the bow, is that a preference? Can you have the arrow either side?
YT viewer pro tip. Give your viewers time to give a thumbs up at the end of the video. If some viewers are like me, they are too lazy to go back to give a thumbs up, even if well deserved like this video is.
I want to learn archery because I always tell myself if it was back in the day I’d be an archer 😂 I feel it in my soul.

@@BMJArtthank you! Starting this April!
Also, tip no. 6 Do not fire the bow without an arrow in it! I think an alarming number of novices don't know about this... Dry Firing is bad mkay...

Thanks for this. Lots of people don’t know it’s bad for the bow. I’ve seen many people do this before

I would love a video about which essential skills should a new archer master before they attempt to develop their personal shooting style.

How long of a break should I take for clicking shoulders and numb hands?

Right hand, arrow is on left side. Left handed arrow is on right side. If using a thumb draw it’s opposite.
Looking like Oliver queen
