行程目的主要是上獅子山上放FPV，所以選擇這條最直接及容易路線--由沙田坳道，鳳凰配水庫旁邊小路上山，會合麥理浩徑5段，再上獅子山頂，路程約1.5公里，爬升285米。路段以大梯級為主。最後原路折返。
This was a very good day for FPV, wind was not strong. This is one of the landmarks in Hong Kong, the Lion Rock, 495m high. I was in the "head" of the lion. The quad flied within 1km. With appropriate goggles to quad direction, the video signal maintained strong and stable, however, when the quad flied behind me and blocked by rocks, the video signal dropped to single digit Mbps. I have triggered "GPS rescue" manually twice to gain back strong signal.
