TAIWAN VLOG: Day 2 (Part 1) | Longshan Temple, Chiang Kai-Shek, Huashan 1914 Creative Park

- The Longshan Temple is the one of the largest and oldest temples in Taiwan. To go there, take the MRT Bannan Line (Blue Line) to Longshan Temple Station and take Exit 1. You will see the temple across the street. The entrance is absolutely free!
Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall is a landmark in Taiwan. It was built in honor and memory of the former president of China, Chiang Kai-Shek. If you're planning to go to Taipei, be sure to visit this place. There is also no entrance fee, amazing right? To go there, take the MRT Green Line to Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall Station. We took Exit 3 and walk for about 5 mins to reach the hall.
One thing you can do here is to see the changing of guards that happens every hour. It may be a little crowded so be early.
& btw, we're soooo happy that we saw cherry blossoms!!! yay!
Huashan 1914 Creative Park for artsy like me. There are street performers at night and other activities happening around. We're just in time for the TeamLab Art Exhibition which I was so excited about! Entrance fee is 350 NTD.
To go there, take the Orange/Blue Line to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Exit 1 and continue walking until you reach Jinshan Rd. intersection. Cross the road and you'll see the park's main entrance at right.
