  • One of our favourites, a Greek Chicken Kebab (Kebob)!
    We cubed up some MASSIVE chicken breasts and marinated in a greek spice rub with olive oil and lemon juice for a couple of hours in the fridge.
    We made some basic naan breads but wish they had been a little bigger so will double it up next time:
    To cook the naan breads, I angled the Monolith Plancha to try and recreate the Tandoor effect so that there would be a hot base and great airflow moving over the top at the same time and no need to flip!
    The chicken was skewered with peppers and red onions and using more skewers for support, placed directly over the coals with lid down for about 15mins@~400ºF. At this point they read ~160ºF internal so to crisp them up a little more, the lid was opened and then they were turned a couple of times over a few mins and then they were served.
