Here's a Harbor tip. Do not think of his ball smoke as a normal omen or Astra smoke. That think can block bullets and jett ult. It can help is retake and clutch situation. It can act as a temporary wall to protect you.
Keeoh, honestly be happy your in s3, there's tons of smurfs and toxicity which means longer more painful amounts of time to get out of silver which means a longer speed run which means you don't have to play Cypher for a long time. Be happy
Could you imagine using his cove ability in tandem with sage wall layered while defusing the spike… I feel like if done right even in a 2v3 has to be a auto win round obviously enemy positioning would have to be bad but it’s kind of crazy😅
Can't wait for Cypher speedrun. I'd actually love to see which style Keeoh picks up because Cypher's kit is a lot more flexible and adaptive than a lot of people know. Knowing setups is nice and all, but they're hardly necessary if you're creative.
I don't think a flash or Molly would make sense for a water character, but maybe a Whirlpool ability similar to astras or fades would be really cool. Or maybe he could have something with Mist that nearsights enemy's?
def needs some buffs: cove should stay up without the shield after broken, and take a lot more damage to destroy the walls should not slow your team but slow enemies for much longer. they should also block around 50% damage (as if they were wallbangable walls instead of just smokes) the wave should act as a stun, concussing enemies that are hit by it while it is moving. that or it could have a shield similarly to cove they could also slightly increase the waves cost and decrease coves cost by 50 each
i wish he had like a bubble that you can throw and it would like float in the direction of where you threw it and then you could reactivate the ability and it would be like a flash

Harbor Cove Ability It's possible that Roit Games will reduce the amount of bullets needed to break a resistant layer for this Cover ability. Cover Ability Smoke doesn’t stay that long after the shield is broken.Harbor’s ultimate is pretty decent, but enemies can actually quite easily avoid it because the duration between each stun is way too long but the harbor ultimate range is really huge. Riot Games might gonna change the range of every attacks

Imo harbor would be an a tier if he just had a better or complete different ability instead of cove, it could be used i guess if your for some reason out in the open and getting shot at, but that would be rare and if an ability has a rare chance for it to be used imo it sucks Edit: I take back what i said, ive started to find different ways to use it, id just say to lower the price because it is still too high and to also increase its hp, in my honest complete opinion harbor is kind of in a way like yoru, depending on creative plays to be effective
