• 200 g flour (1 cup + 2/3 cup)
• 60 g cornstarch (1/3 cup)
• 15 g baking powder (1 tbsp)
Bake in a preheated oven at 175° (30 minutes)
•4 tbsp powdered milk
•2 tbsp icing sugar
•2 to 3 tbsp milk
•1 tbsp vegetable oil
