I have some questions after watching the tractor pulling videos every now and then over the years yet I see the same things breaking and it seems the solution could not be too complex relative to building and operating such an incredibly powerful machine. 1). What’s up with the front wheels snapping off from the force of hitting the ground when the tractor comes down from a wheelie? Maybe2). What’s up with the front wheels being turned any direction except straight when the tractor comes down from a wheelie then dig in and either snap off or flip the tractor? 3). Why not have a Halon fire control system under the hood?

Does the sled operator not have a way to prevent the weight from running away and giving the puller whiplash?

It's the same as that truck "Shark Bait" at 10:51 I don't know how many videos I have seen it in, and in one video alone it featured 4-5 times

I’ve never understood why these drivers think they can turn their wheels while they’re packing the front end to compensate for the direction they’re headed. They have to know that with the wheels turned all the way when the front end does touch down it will throw them sideways but they’ll do every time it seems.

Its a muscle-memory, natural habit response - when you're going down the track carrying the front end, you just don't think about it, you turn the wheels like you would driving down the road.

9:21 This is my favorite one, just because it starts pouring oil out of the intake pipe from the destroyed turbo. It’s almost like something you would see in a cartoon/movie
11:39 Watch this driver‘s head, it looks painful

Apparently wheelbarrow wheels for the front aren't a novel idea

If you can't make a pull because you blow an engine you need to find a better engine builder.
