I was able to do the variation starting at 5:50! It’s the very first time I’ve been able to have an opponent fall into a trap I learned on RUclips, and I was able to remember it perfectly! I almost blew it a couple times after I won the queen, because black still has a slight material advantage, but I ended up winning. It felt pretty good to finally get one of these nice variations, and finish it off.

One of the most beautiful ways to play is to search for the king's siege in order to acquire the queen😊

At 7:21, even though you win the queen, it is not clear who is winning, black has compensation for the queen, and the engine says that the position is about equal.

My problem is my opponents never make those moves. or they do a couple of moves like you show here then just go rouge And I have no idea what to do.. I have to start defending and the gambit goes out the window..

ummm. well, first thx 4 video. second, the trap where the knight captures the queen is not game over. points wise, White is only up 1 point (1 pawn); Black’s compensation is a rook and a knight for the queen. Black has two rooks whereas White only has one; also, the Black knight that captured the rook can be saved by the bishop’s protection.
anyway, nice educational video! appreciate it.
