It's one of those songs where you kinda choose what it means to you. To me it's a song of hope and positivity. The lyric of "I just wanted to hold you in my arms" is simplistic but so touching. Sometimes you do just want something or someone in your arms, who doesn't?

This music to me is just my ounger years. Some of the music from that era didn't hold up necessarily well and some absolutely did like band and this song. Even the stuff that maybe didn't age well i get clouded with awesome memories from car rides with mom, dad, sister. Hearing these songs when they were new i can still remember where i was when i hear them. 2000s music isn't my favorite but they probably give me more goosebumps then almost any era because i can almost relive those memories in a way.
To me the words, 'Far away, this is boat is taking me far away, far away from the memories, of the people who care if I live or dive', speaks volumes to me. Lived on my yacht for 25yrs, I won't die at work or on land. My anthem.

I still remembered when I was a 6-year-old kid back in 2007, I listened to this song from a radio in a car at night with my both parents sitting and driving in the front seat while I was laying down in the back seat. This was an experience that will never happen in my life again since both of my parents are not beside me anymore. This came out when i was three and i must stay it has stayed with me since i was a young kid. Ive always loved muse whether it was hearing them on the radio or blasting the music full volume in my headphones they’re just the same level of awesome to this day and always will be. These songs got me through some dark times and this is the first time ive been able to listen to this song since 2019, after an attempt on my life and to this day im so grateful im alive for the music

This song has always been special to me. I used to travel a lot, especially on cruise ships, before my health declined. I remember when I first heard it, I instantly loved the song and the music video. Now that I am hooked up to a machine 24/7 to keep me alive, the lyrics really hit home.
