There are plenty of other athletes who objectively move better (lift more weight, set more records, post a higher sinclair, etc), but i'd be damned if I didn't admit my complete astonishment with how well she moves a barbell.

When ignorant women say they don't wanna get muscular by lifting weights, i show them videos and photos of Toma and Kuo, 2 extremely strong girls, and quite beautiful and aesthetic as well, i mean, they attractive AF.
I wouldn't call them ignorant. Everybody has to learn. But I hate when they say that. As if one would get to Loredana's fit level without purposefully working for years!!! Women that say that are always very un-fit, have tremendous strength deficit for their bodyweight and clearly their real problem is not excess of muscle mass in the near future, but the lack of it and of healthy athletic abilities.
It is a real problem how many of them live way under their own "potential" because of that social bullsh*t of looking skinny 😑. Forget about aesthetics!! train to be a better self! More agile, more powerful, more capable!!
