Garou went from a semi strong fighter to a demon that made Saitama flinch (even tho he lost miserably in the fight)
I wouldn't say miserably, he forced saitama to get massively stronger and even then saitama didnt kill him cos saitama was strong enough to still hold his own

As an OPM fan, I gotta admit, this goku dude depicted, edited, and narrated this pretty well.
Interested to see if he can still summon his gargoyle form. Seems like what he has is something very similar to guyver a biological armor that has OP durability and regeneration while boosting power and speed many times over.
He can't. His transformation into a monster is not an ability like goku going to super saiyan or MUI. His transformations are merely a result of him having insane determination while being on death's door multiple times. His transformation is merely biological mutation rather than manipulation.

Garou is one of my favorite villains, and has one of my favorite designs of all time for a villains. In the OPM verse, Garou is easily one of the most powerful characters. Easily increasing his power from mountain level attacks to solar system or Galaxy levels of power.
