Tha haven65 and TKL are absolute works of love. This is why I still love the small designer boards like this. If done right you can tell someone’s art became their child for a limited time. This is why the small designer boards need to exists
Really enjoyed your review Scott! Also dang the commitment to preusmably do quite a bit of desoldering to do your half plate build with and without foam, commendable! One of the things I like about full plateless builds is the ability to add or remove pcb foam without desoldering.
Woah! Wasn't expecting you to reuse the Wisterias! Have you tried Long Pole TX AP stabs? They should work beautifully with any 3.1 ~ 3.6mm travel switch! Awesome video as usual, Scott!
As long as this is around the same price as the upcoming albatross tkl and can sound better than the mode envoy, I’m all for it. But damn the albatross and haven look so good with the weight and side profile
Can you make a keyboard with gradient key colours that correspond with a progressive transition between clack with the lighter colours and thock with the darker colours? Then make an ASMR video typing normally with the intermittent clacks and thocks? Ty💜
I get a haven 65 and it's beautiful, too bad for the pinging for a 400$ board, fortunately I resolved with foam under pcb. Honestly I prefer tkl because is more aesthetically complex, but the 65 has always a nice and unique look
@@Keybored interesting. i rarely see boards that are hotswap that can do half plate with no wobble/switches coming off. now im really tempted! Thanks! \
Hey Scott, I remember you saying you didn’t like epomaker’s business practices and you used their switches on this video. I’m just wondering where you stand with the company?
design wise, the most unique board in my collection! I am a convicted clackhead, so the sound is exactly my profile, its not endgame but good enough to be in my roatation.
@@Tsinepanos I'd pay anything for a keycap as thick as your mom. I'm sorry but I couldn't resist. In all seriousness, there are some great thick keycaps in the budget range. Epbt is a great option for affordable
Big difference between clack and click. Even if you wanted clicky switches, there are clicker options than the two you mentioned (box jades are the clickiest I can think of).
dude you gotta stop taking only side profile b rolls. I can't even tell how the keyboard looks all around. Please include top down, front b rolls. I literally only ever see caps locks column and pg up/dn column.
Great job love your videos. I really want to make a cpu and tech channel and do keyboard and peripheral items. I'm so nervous to jump in and do it though lol.
creamy slurp juice. Obamna. Sopenhge bub square pants fortnite fortnite, john fortnite lore 😮. Use clakity clooky clikxz keyboards to john fortnite and do obmna’s creamy sluprp juice.

It's definitely a great package!
i concur good sir
@@MrBeeastFan no but one day I would like to design a board. Have had a couple ideas in mind since the start of my keyboard journey
This sounds more or less perfect. What a clean sound
this is definitely a TKL endgame
I see clack I click
Haha this is pretty clack!
I applaude this joke while holding two plastic plates (so that my claps clack).
Best comment
holy crap that sounds amazing
It's soooo clean

That final config was super nice!👌🏼
Thanks for the first look of this beauty board. Long I have seen the concept and I really want it since then. 💖
You're very welcome! Hope the content is helpful!
I see new keybored content, I click 😂
Thanks!
This is definitely add to my collection no question whatsoever..thanks again scott.. nailed the review.. so excited to have it. GB lets go!!!.

I haven't tried those yet but I should!
Scott back with the juicy content
Custom keyboards > cocaine.
The title is great.
Clack city all the waayyyy
hi Scott, can u tell me the pcb of half-plate is hotswap or holder? It‘s crucial for me:) chill
Mine was all hotswap
That space bar
As long as this is around the same price as the upcoming albatross tkl and can sound better than the mode envoy, I’m all for it. But damn the albatross and haven look so good with the weight and side profile
Clacky Clacky clack
I am not a clackhead but I have tried it a few times.
Owlstab V3 vs AEBoard Stabs, which one better.
Btw the new Jelly enlov is very similar to Haven TKL, both very great
epicness
Don't get why there is so few low/mid profile keyboards, do people really want to use palmrests to compensate
Thanks for the video.
Clack for days 🫡
Certified clacker
Absolutely!

CAUGHT SCOTT'S FRESHLY MADE VID IN 4 MINS NO WAY
Haha thanks for coming!
how was your experience going with half plate with a Hotswap PCB? were there a lot of wobbling and maybe switches coming off at all?
It was OK since the switches were pretty tight in them
@@Keybored interesting. i rarely see boards that are hotswap that can do half plate with no wobble/switches coming off. now im really tempted! Thanks!

If they keyboard had been yellow, you could have used GMK Cluck on it! 😂😂 BTW, love your channel Scott and all the hard work that goes into it. ❤😊
Another great video, love your content! just thought id ask if there is a way to combat the thin sound of a flex cut pcb?
THOCC>>>
"Shall we?"
We shall.

will you be using cherry ever?
Haha I can
Does anyone know where the wrist rest is from?
Hi, I wonder what's your take for this keyboard in comparison to geon f1-8x since they are in a similar price range.
i love geon and korean boards + proportions so i’m a sucker for f1-8x but in the end it’s up to you
Did you use the linear or tactile switch in this config?
hahaha the tyrone biggums reference
I still wish the designer change their mind about making a 75%
Personally i think this sounds much better than jelly evolv 75. I think jelly doesn't sound as nice when you remove foam and PE layers.
Hey thats me
I went straight from chasin the Thocks to the Clacks. I call it Thacks.
A click clack thock connoisseur
Yall got any more of that clack :)))))
Clacky keyboards sound more premium, change my mind.
Damn that sounds good (I can’t afford it)
It's definitely finitely a unique and clean sound!
how much is it?
Have to check the exact cost lol
it reminds me of the sangeo60
How thick should a keycap be?
As thick as you can get
@@BOBAGENTSMITH thickness /cost ....You can get the thickest but at what cost ?

when are you gonna try a topre type of switch? like a hhkb review
Man so are you going to review the jelly evolv from owlabs?
I think so!
Hi
Hi :D
Hi!
😱😱😱🤤🤤🤤🤤
if it dont clack, its wack.
Friends dont let friends thock.
That flex when he presses hard - I'm against it.
I feel like this is kind of middle ground sound wise
🤪
Damn no mx blacks on alu sound

Nah, ultimate clack = blue switch or razer green switch
