Navy Federal so far have been no more than a dissappointment to me. I have done most of all the things you mentioned ant so far nothng has happened. I did at least 3 pledge loans, have a CD, have savings and checking and business savings and checking and had at this point they have yet to unsecure my card and offer me a decent credit limit.

Quick question, what is your advice on applying for personal loan and credit card at the the same time with Navy Federal. Is this a good or bad idea? I already have 20k more rewards card with them 6 months ago, good banking relationship, DD, 2 certificates, 2 checking, 2 savings and pledge loan that’s 90% paid off. What would you recommend I really want to get both before the year is over so I can garden my personal credit while focusing on my business credit next year
Do it after midnight for the loans and credit. The application will go to an automated system versus an underwriter (person). I haven't tried both at the same time but I have done both and received both with no issues in minutes. Loan was put in account of choice.

Stop using credit cards for three months, pay yourself with cash ($50) every payday after you pay your bills. After a couple of weeks, you'll see that you have almost the same amount of cash you had the last time you paid yourself. Start each day eating breakfast at home, take you lunch to work and make dinner from the grocery you by every week. No bullshit McDonald's, Starbucks and other crap during the week. Pick Saturday or Sunday for a BS food day this depending on how much of your $50 you have left. Checkout your bank account, weight, and your credit score at the end of six weeks. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Buy a Condo or a house. And don't buy Cars every six years. Good luck...

Definitely go for the personal loan based on everything above you shouldn’t have an issue.
