The VHS game has been crazy in the last 5 years, I have basically stopped purchasing tapes for the most part since everyone is up charging like crazy with the whole boom that happened. Plus, I feel like it’s been growing more and more difficult to find anything interesting in the wild that’s worth grabbing. However, that Banned From Television and OVA is sick. Good find!

22:45 Africa sighting! i think you'll like Sorority Row, it's a solid slasher movie from the second wave that Scream launched.

Dude,,, I bought that Banned From Television VHS in '98 and would make all of my friends watch the part when the woman gets hit by the train. My drummer still says I mentally scarred him for life. Before the internet, we only had VHS tapes to appease us morbidly curious types. This one wasn't one of the best, but it had some interesting parts.

Infernal Affairs trilogy is AMAZING! I got the Criterion version a few months ago and had the Hong Kong blu-rays before (and the DVD set before that). The Departed was a remake of the first film. The first is a masterpiece. The second is a prequel and is pretty decent, and the 3rd is a combination prequel/sequel as it partially takes before and after the events of the first film and it's quite good.

Also, if you liked Thriller you should try to get your hands on Breaking Point. I have a VHS boot. ruclips.net/video/qSZ8lD2GyII/видео.html

13:26 When I first heard of Charlottes Net, I thought 'Isn't that the name of a kids book/film?' Untill I remembered it was called Web, not Net.
Some poor 7 year old is gonna make that mistake and be traumatised... by how shit the acting is.

Sorority Row is indeed a remake of House on Sorority Row, which wasn't that great, so the remake is a bit of an improvement. Can't stand Rumer Willis though...
Thanks for reminding me of Mondo Macabro!

Oh I really enjoyed House on sorority row but a lot of people seem to enjoy the remake so I'll give it a fair shot
