Keio has another short line, the Dobutsuen Line (ruclips.net/video/niScZYdowp0/видео.html) as an access for the Tama Zoological Park. But these are useful line for visitors to the racecourse and zoo. When race is held, shuttle trains depart every 5 minutes and some of them go directly to Shinjuku as express train!

omiyaexpress Wakarimashita! If there are express trains to Shinjuku, then passengers can get to the racetrack directly from the heart of Tokyo.
