if only BL can just apologize settle and move on... she hijacked the movie to make it a runway for her outfits, used the film to promoted her hair and booze business, people had a negative reaction to it and she decided that was because of Justin, tries to financially bankrupt him the day before Christmas and now all this come to surface... just learn to cut your loses and it will be forgotten and you don't have to ruin anyone.
They've been so publicly exposed now, Blake and Ryan are going to take consequences, as well they should, but every day they drag this out without publicly apologizing and making financial settlement with all the people suing them, the worse this is going to be for them.

Lively and Baldoni are unrecognizable in those sexual harassment allegations, because they were more than likely created by a jealous husband and the couple's 3rd wheel. Lively is actually an online advocate for normalizing breastfeeding and pumping in public, so it rings false to read that she would be hiding in "private places" to breastfeed and feeling "exposed and vulnerable" if viewed by a co-worker. A mother of 4 would not refer to a home birthing video as "pornography" and she would know that she wasn't actually "naked from the bottom of her chest down" in the child birth scene in which we see her in a prosthetic naked baby bump. Those are serious mistakes by whoever wrote those fraudulent allegations.

Her lawyer keep doubling down, digging a deeper hole. Her feelings is not the law. What JB did was totally in character and per his job as the director. At no point did she stop him, notify him of her discomfort, at no point did she back away, instead she smiled and leaned on him and looked at him in the eyes. JB was perfectly professional and the law does not require anyone to read minds, or cater to someone as controlling and malicious as BL, who had been trying to seek control and dominate over JB as illustrated in this very scene. Power dynamics precludes BL's claim, as BL had power over JB. JB was yielding to her every suggestions as shown in this scene. She seem irritated, not because JB was doing anything untoward, but because she as a narcissist, can never be satisfied.
I worked retail and had a male coworker follow me to the storeroom and tell me to take off my top. On another occasion, a different male coworker smacked my butt when he passed by while I was talking to customers. THAT is sexual harassment. Two actors with brief touches during a romance scene is NOT sexual harassment; it's the literal JOB they're paid to do. Therefore, Blake is NOT a victim. Furthermore, in the book, Ryle keeps trying to kiss Lily before she's ready. Justin read the book and bought the rights and was honoring the book with his performance. Blake, by contrast, was too lazy to read the book, which is all on her. Oh, and on the full video, she, an actress, was trying to direct the Director right from the start, telling him to stand in a different place in relation to the light, even though he was standing where he decided, AS DIRECTOR, to get the shot he wanted. Blake is hurting real victims, but her giant ego doesn't seem to care.
I think the word harrassment needs to be clear these days. Your experience would be harrassment if you didn't like it. Some people aren't bothered by stuff like that. If you told them so and not to do it again and they do it again, that would be harrassment.

Omg the whole ‘talking’ claim… no offence but he is a director and if a director says ‘in this scene the two characters will just be looking at each other and show the audience them falling in love through looks and gazes’ then as an actor you do what is asked. It is the director’s vision that actors have to portray on screen you can give suggestions but after that you do what is asked. Especially if you have read the book and in the book it describes these moments. If the actor has agreed to perform in the movie then these are the obligations. The music that plays for the montage is very dreamy/moody and seductive, so it makes no sense to be chatting while slow dancing. Looks like Lively just was intentionally prolonging the filming of the slow dance by several minutes.

This is such a mess, for me personally it doesn't look like she's uncomfortable. It looks more like she wants her vision of the seen to be heard. If you watch the whole 10 minute video that the Daily Mail posted, you can hear her explain why she thinks it's better for the two characters to talk, she feels like it's more romantic (because that's also her love language with her husband, and Justin addresses even that in the video saying "I know you and Ryan like to talk"). Also the narrative that she felt intimidated because he was the director and her boss?!?!? Would you joke around about having a nose job with someone like that in that case? Also she touches his chest after saying "just kidding" and breaking character.
I think you can feel there is a bit of friction between them because Blake keeps overstepping her role and give input in everything, she eventually took over the whole editing and finalizing of the movie, even making the poster only show her name. Plus the whole Promoting of the movie focusing so much on the fashion and glamour and her brands tells me her heart is not in the right place and her motive for all this was to advance her career and make extra money.

Dont forget that they were acting as two people falling deeply in love with each other, a BIGG camera in their faces in the midst of recording ..!?!
