I don't know why the big uproar over your play. It's not perfect, but I'd have made the same selections depending on the game 90+% of the time. The individuals who want you to hold 3 to a straight flush while needing to hit a gut shot too clearly either have all the luck in the world, or don't quite understand the term gambling for fun. As you've mentioned before, you can afford to play the way you do, in the end, that's all that really matters.
@@BIGJATPSU apparently it’s the 11th commandment. Here’s one thing people don’t get is I would attribute 50% of my mistakes to having my attention on the camera I’m looking through to play on a tiny 4” screen while interacting with others around me. 25% are plays I CHOOSE to play for lesser EV and the other 25% are actual lack of knowledge or forgetting to adjust to the current game. Filming is -EV yet somehow I managed a solid 5 figure win last year despite Giving up a few thousand in EV
@@Slotmassacre as the old saying goes, winning solves everything! 😉😂
Thank you for pinning my link Slotmassacre. I really appreciate it. Great video you just released. Massive coin-in.
I release a new 34 minute video earlier this evening, and lots more to come. Thank you.
I have a gut feeling when you had the two 9s one of the 9s was a diamond along with 3 other diamonds . The right play is to go for the flush but the 1st card dealt was a 9 .I just have this gut feeling there would have been another 9. It doesn't matter two hands later you hit quad 10s. That's the frustrating part of this game. The what ifs. My luckiest hand was , I had a jack of diamonds and the rest was junk. My next 4 cards were 10, king, queen and ace of diamonds. Giving me a royal. I was down to my last 30 bucks. It paid 4k. I was pretty happy. Good luck. You are fun to watch. I do subscribe.
thats so insane that amount but i cant stop watching..hard to watch people play quarters when theres this..lol
I agree. When they play nickels, dimes and quarters, they lose me quickly even if they're playing multiple hands. Boring. This keeps the interest on high!
I so much enjoy watching you play!! Great win!! I cant wait for Vegas in September for me. I will use your style and strategy!!!! Congrats. You have taught me so much!!!
Hey Andrew, no need to apologize for not providing running commentary at that level. You did great. Strange how it teased you when you were just trying to get over $10k. Thanks for the post.
That was one of the most exciting videos I've ever seen. Good for you. Can't wait for the next one. GOOD LUCK 👍
I love watching you play! No need chatting because I learn more that way. Thank you!
We are very impressed with your level of play Mr. Papagiorgio..
Ha!!! Love it
Andrew Papageorgio! It’s got a nice ring to it! New nickname for you! 😂
Those four cars over there... they're his.
😆😆😆
what an awesome session excitement from start to finish!!! Nice job Andrew
Insane. When you dipped back to $3k… I thought no way and boom 💥 that climb back to $10k! 🤩
~ You had the whole crew with you, during this session…That was fun to watch! ♠️♥️♣️♦️
Enjoy your videos a lot! I’m a VP guy myself, so I watch and root for you. good luck!
Such an exciting run! I was rooting for you to hit the 10k but didn't think you'd make it. A+ play all around.
Dude, that was some great action. Not even my money and it got my heart pumping!
Thanks for posting these videos. Entertaining and exciting!
Awesome video I was on the edge of my seat the whole time! Thank you!
Betting up in the clouds!! I love it!! My heart was beating so fast on every draw. Your the man!!
You lucky to get so much supportive play from the machine before you hit the quad. Nice going at a scary level!
Awesome to see another vid posted my man!
Mr. Papageorgio! You are amazing! That was one heck of a video! Glad you hit your mark and cashed out! Phew!!!
Besides the Bahamas jackpots and some other nice wins this was a killer video ! Best I ever saw you do at that denom for soooooooooooooooo long. THANKS !!!!!!!!!!
It was a pretty good run 😝
That was better than a rollacaster ride. Awesome dude.
Congratulations and thanks for the videos!
This video kept me on pins and needles. Great outcome 👍
Very exciting! Thanks for sharing.
Awesome video...keep em coming 😎
what an amazing rollercoaster ride congrats on setting a number you wanted to cash out at and hitting it
Nice run man. Hell yeah!
I was Like..Ok Let me watch this Video For 5 minutes and I ended up watching it all ….. This is crazy ..You are like a computer man 🔥💯
There's no denying the clear benefit in getting ten credit payouts on two pair wins when playing nose-bleed high limit. That aside, that's longest half-hour of high-limit VP I've ever watched...
Still has a lot of shelf life left in this VLOG.
Exceptional Play, Andrew.
Incredible play virtually error-free on $50 coin. Well done, Andrew. You keep that up and you’re gonna pop a $200,000 Royal Flush or have an incredible run where everything is hitting and you’re up a $100,000 before cashing out. Exciting play at this denomination, the machine was just on a stingy run. Next time it could go on a wild run for sure. Can’t Wait!🙌🏻🙌🏻🍎
Cool vlog bro!
Wow! Great play.
Smile your in Vegas kid!
Thanks for the great content.
Impressive that you were able to keep playing that long. Those lower hands paid off in the long run.
Comps are gonna look really spicy down the line.
Excellent run!!!
That was very an impressive plays with them full houses and flushes
As entertaining as it is to watch someone play at these denominations, I have to wonder if there is a true, long-term VP bankroll backing up this level of play. A 5-royal bankroll for $50 single-line would be $1M, and many pros consider 5 royals a bare minimum, and would recommend having 6 or 7 royals as a long-term bankroll. I started at quarters, moved up to halves, and finally after 5 years moved up to dollars when I had built my bankroll to $32K (8 royals). I've had many downswings of 3 and 4 royal cycles ($12-$16K). A similar downswing at $250/hand would be $600K-$800K. That's getting into pretty elite territory as far as who has that kind of capitalization. Not to mention, the best game I've seen played here is 8/5 Bonus, which has a house edge of 0.83%, so you'd have to be getting at least that much back in free play, cashback, comps, etc just to break even in the long-term. That said, there's always the possibility of a big win in the short-term. :)
when you rewatch do you count how many time you would've won with a different holding pattern?
so cool. i will check out the new poker channel
Sometimes the recovery, is not so fast🤨good luck 👍
Some seriously serious play. Sure wanted that 4oak for ya'.
That's what you call some high limit action right there!!! 😀🍔🍟
That was amazing!
Never give up type of play right there! Glad you had a set goal to stop at $10k.
That’s probably literally the worst thing you could ever tell a gambling addict. “Never give up” buddy lol
Every flush is a handpay. Crazy stuff.
Hello , I want to ask a question, I’d it better to stay in one machine and feed it , or move to different machines ?
Good stuff!! Can't figure out the thumbs down folks....weird.
It’s either they don’t know what they’re doing or jealousy - we get to watch this stuff…
One of my first trips to a casino, I accidentally held the 5th card on a 4 of a kind and dumped the winning cards. I groaned in frustration. An older, obviously more experienced gentleman next to me, nudged me. He said "Why are you playing so fast? Take your time - the machine isn't going to change its mind." It was good advice. You, sir, play too fast. I've noticed your errors {you have mentioned them as well} so I want to tell you....SLOW DOWN!!!
little tip, find a machine that pays 9 and 6 for full house and flush respectively. RTP is then over 99%
High limits table gaming room at cosmo has a bar with five 9/6 Job tabletops.
I too wonder why he doesn’t search out a 9/6 machine. I do love the videos though!!
There is no 9/6 machine for Bonus Poker . 8/5 is the best it comes , unless it is a version that pays even money for 2 pair . Which if you are losing x2 for that hand . . . you might as well be playing Double Double bonus imo .
But ya for Jacks or Better ... I wouldn't play it unless it is a 9/6 .
Having the increased payouts for different 4 of kinds is fun and can be rewarding though .
Albeit the Bonus Poker Deluxe may be the way to go if not wanting to think to hard for the A /2-4s : 4 of kind strategizing . Which is a 9/6 . . . but 1-1 on 2 pair .
Andrew you the man
Bananas! So fun Andrew!!!
Nice work
Wow, what a run!
Wow, that was awesome!
Takes balls to win big....nice session bro
You are always 100% correct play. I could tell you were tired. You missed a few obvious ones. Worked out in the end. Enjoy watching you.
I think that if I was playing for $250/hand, I'd be pretty laser-focused on strategy, and have a chart handy. And if I wasn't feeling sharp, I wouldn't be playing that denom!
Definitely NOT 100% correct play, I saw several basic strategy mistakes.
Very nice triple up
Small error, but when your presented with A and two other face cards you should take the ace and one of those other faces. If you ignore the ace your losing out on the extremely rare chance you'll catch quads. 4 aces is worth a little over 3x what quad jacks is for instance on this machine.
Hell yah kept chopping away at that machine.. great hits.. 💰💰
Dang good run bro this was exc
A slot near you kept hitting bonuses...it must have been Cleo! LOL!!
I gotta try this one day...I can't believe a flush requires a handpay.
Red Rock just opened there new High Limit Room this week
Real question... What is the allure to bonus poker? I think I'm missing it ..
Really nice session - though that "roller coaster" can get tiring/frustrating. At 33:14 - You were dealt 6, 7, 9 of Clubs; K Diamond; 2 Hearts; & you held the King. Correct hold should have been the 3 to the Straight Flush.
Can you hold all hand-pays til you are done. Or are they paying them and we aren't seeing it????
man that was some crazy $h!t! whatta run and comeback to 10K!
Anyone else just constantly thinking "Just go to bed Bro!" Good lord
Lol I know that feeling oh so much. One time, on a $5 VP machine, I was $25 away from $2,000 before I said I would quit for the night and go to bed. Not gonna lie. I pulled a $20 and a $5 out of my pocket, stuck it in the machine, and cashed out the then now $2,000 ticket and called it a night lolol. The VP OCD is a real thing! Good run....those nose bleed stakes are no joke!
Hitting close to 700 hph at times, too easy to make simple errors. Good run 👍99.1 was kind
Nice job
Do they just assign an attendant to hang with you when you are playing that level ? (flush hand pays)
OMG so glad my heart was racing
Aces small kicker!!!
EPIC RUN!! Cosmo also has 5 video poker bar top machines in the high limits table gaming room…. 9/6…located in the high limits TABLE gaming room (not the high limits slots room). After you massacre there will you please see if The Talon inside the cosmo has video poker? Curious what that’s like…
when you were trying to get that royal that jack of diamonds came up 4 times in that spot that you needed
great string of cards...wonderful play on your part...exciting high level poker...but when you need a handpay every FIVE HANDS to break even its kinda dangerous....
For sure :) I did end up winning on the trip from being in the hole about $15k
@@Slotmassacre in the hole yet you manage to win u don't have to answer but are you ahead this year or behind doing this and I'd love to know thanks
WHAT A FRIKIN SHOW MAN. I WAS YELLING SHIT AS IF I Ws playing. My wife kept yelling at me to shut up . Hahahahah. Glad you made it to 10k.
I was watching Randy's channel, Slotto McSlotface, and this video came up after. Great content. Hope you take down the House .
Wizard of Odds says to hit AA to go for Quads instead of chasing a Full House.
I love the sound of $250 per hand VP..... it sounds like ..... victory
The speed is super human.
I enjoyed that.
@slottmassacre This might be a silly question, but does your hand ever get tired playing so much?
Yes it does..moreso my thumb.
@@Slotmassacre do u ever ever LOSE??? and it's a serious question seems you always win
Way to go! Congratulations 🎈🍾🎉
Mucked 22 right towards the end and held KJ instead. Gotta be careful. That was an extra bet. Other than that, I saw no mistakes. Obviously, it's important to play mistake-free at this level. Keep it up! You're doing well. Just don't play tired.
The QJ later as well.
29.20 you missed the pair of 2s 33.15 3 card straight flush you missed that .679 club's
Wow even when I re-watched it TWICE I didn't see the twos.
@@Slotmassacre i have been playing since 1985, gambling since i was 18. I'm almost 73 and I'm told sharp for an old fart. I do enjoy your high limit play. I just played last week at Pechanga put 20 bucks in played for 3 hours same machine and left 200 up for me it was entertaining.
Most of these guys stay under the radar...not Slotmassacre! So rare to see vp played at these stakes esp. on RUclips. Much appreciated and fun to watch. On record you'll likely never see Superdan playing at these stakes. Just sayin lol...taxes alone would kill me. That's kind of my question. Anything you can share about how you handle these wonderful taxable W2G's?
I don't know what high limit ones could do, but I've seen people here on the east coast gather losing bet slips from the racetrack, and also losing Keno tickets from the bars. Some bartenders even save em for certain people. No one can really know if you bet that keno or race, because they don't have a name on em. Get enough of them slips, and you can offset almost anything.
You can write off your losses up to your amount won. Last year with $500,000 in taxables I netted a win of about $60,000. I paid taxes on the $60,000 to federal whereas I also pay a very small percentage no matter what to Utah. Every state is different and if you want to get crazy you can file as a professional gambler and write everything off as well.
Pinned the channel
@@Slotmassacre Thank you sir. I appreciate it. New video going up this evening after RUclips finishes processing it. :)
Wtg buddy ...
I've played this one more and I'll go to bed game many times
Have you ever hit a Royal playing high limit? Do you think video poker machines are legitimately random, or is there such a thing as a hot machine? Does casinos turn the machines cold at certain times?
Hugest is $40,000 three times. Yes I feel they are random but sometimes it doesn’t feel that way for sure!
Do they just send you the W2 on this denomination of machine as I see the balance stays
You have to request fast pay so it just adds the credits and the w2g gets sent later for an itemized cumulative amount
Why bonus and not double double or triple?
When in Vegas I would only play at red rock they have the best payouts
Man I was on the edge of my seat $250 a hand
Not bad for a days work, eh Andrew?
Great video! I have a question/poll. You get dealt a straight flush. 9-K. Do you take it or ditch the 9 in hopes of an ace of the same suit? This happened to me recently and I kept the straight flush. Still regret not going for it. Maybe I just answered my own question lol
That's a keeper.
Keep it...but it makes you pause for sure.
The answer is go for the royal! But if you’re playing a $50 machine, hard to turn down $12,500.
Advice says keep the straight flush. But it keeps you wondering
The ONLY time that you don’t hold the 4 to the Royal is when you have a 9-King pat straight flush. That straight flush prevails EVERY time!🍎
Is there a specific reason you play Bonus Poker over Double Double or Triple Double Bonus? Seems the payouts are better with the latter…just personal preference or is there a strategic reason?
Full pay 8/5 and low variance.
At the highest level its just so much more steady to play Bonus poker over Double or Triple. That's all.
Is this the recap from the already posted Vegas post? Usually you do an intro while driving
None of this has been posted anywhere else, it was just a 30 minutes session I filmed and didn't put in a VLOG.
Great time to stop
