As an old git who used to go to the Goldstone regularly, I'm afraid have no time for anybody being over - critical about the current team. Let them go to a 3rd div game against Millwall!

Dunk was great again, including his chest back to the goalkeeper and his long passes to the wings.

The main problem this season is lack of depth when Europe created the new demands on the squad. For that reason, maybe we shouldn't keep talking about selling or loaning? Just look at how sales to Arsenal, Liverpool and even Spurs, Chelsea and Newcastle have improved them and we got worse. Is that a coincidence?

Italian to English is notoriously difficult because Italian is nowhere near as subtle as English and words have a much stronger meaning. Example . . 'Deep' in Italian is profondo and the word 'profound' in English also means deep, but in a much different way so we have to be careful how it's used. You can see De Zerbi is still struggling with this even though his English has improved massively (which is why he still refers to his translator, when he obviously has understood but needs confirmation). There are many more words in English than any language (except Arabic). Another example:- don't say 'fag, like you did; and expect an American to understand what you said!!
