Yup. They probably do it because unfortunately many people wouldn't notice until it was too late to do a chargeback for not getting what they ordered. This is another reason to always use a credit card for orders like this.
If they have a no return, no refund policy they MUST deliver you what you ordered within the time they've specified, cause that's some lawsuits right there.
my sister and I own and operate our own company, and if literally anything is ever on back order, we immediately write it on the receipt (handwritten) and send an email immediately explaining what is going on with an estimated time of when stock should be back in. If it’s over certain amount of time, we absolutely give a refund for the item purchased. With how big the Kardashian/Jenner name is, they should be able to do the same no matter what edit: apologies for the misspellings originally, I was using siri to type and it just was messy

They told me it was out of stock and returned my money, but only after I email them. Then about 10 days later the dress shows up! And you better believe they snatched back the money they refunded me 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Did you tell them it had showed up? Should have kept your mouth shut, after all they put you through you deserve the free dress! Plus Kim’s a millionaire, she won’t miss it🤷🏻♀️
Did they send a shipping confirmation email? If they haven’t sent it then you should start to question what was going on after a few weeks! They are definitely betting on some people forgetting their package or to be scared to ask for a refund, so they can keep the money without sending anything… Why is the product even still available on the website? If it’s out of stock then the website should reflect that… i’m not sure if they are able to recharge your card seeing as you already spoke to them and got your refund because the product was out of stock so if they accidentally sent it to you then that’s their problem. They didn’t want to lose out on the sale, so they still sent it. Imagine it was never out of stock it’s just an excuse, and as soon as you emailed them then they sent it but they couldn’t tell you that LOL

(Or at least, it happened to me so much over there I refuse to shop with them anymore.) I haven’t had any issues with Skims, thankfully, but it doesn’t surprise me that their inventory management and customer service are playing left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing (only because that too seems to be the norm in business now).

If ever an online vendor does not ship product ordered, and refuses to refund your money, report that to you Attorney General's office post haste. It will be investigated and an online vendor could find themselves no longer being permitted to conduct business with residents of your state. Not making this up. Had such a situation and my state's Attorney General's office explained the above to me that the online vendor can get their license to conduct business yanked real fast for not refunding when they won't provide the merchandise.
Tbh buying from a brand that does no refunds and accepts no returns is in itself the biggest red flag to me no matter how big and well known the brand is. 🤦♂️

oh the lip liners that you sharped with the sharpner are the best! you can get the tip sharp enough so the line turns out really crisp. I've been so annoyed this version of liners is getting harder to find on a lot of brands these days.

I know about those three because we sat in an ER with her all night because she went to a school dance, dance quite a bit when suddenly her eyes started to burn. The ER doc's said it had to be the make-up. We threw it all away and as a present I bought her some things from Ultra that didn't harm her. My family won't order anything, not clothes, not perfume, not anything from that family. Do you know that they don't do charity? They appear at charity functions but they get paid to appear. There's really not anything I like about them.

I find it really interesting how Kim's looked more pigmented in the finger swatch and yet kylies looked so much more pigmented on the eye.

I have to say I would never order anything marketed by a Kardashian. Their name would automatically add $$ without adding actual benefit in my opinion. Just not willing to add to their bankroll.
