I think I found out the story first the mom over feed the dog and then it went crazy so she had to put it down then the dog posesed the dad when he was in a game then put on the costume and went on a killing spree but the dad still had some power and that's why in the tape called its me the dad tells you he's you dad in finger language he points at you to mean you are and then he points at himself meaning my he makes a holding baby pose to show that you his son which means your are my son or something like that game theory found out the dad part then I used some metrial from this vid

Glad you correctly guessed the dad isn't the dog. Definitely do think the Dog has something to do with Mum given the It's Me ending implying he's the Dog's baby. Whether Mum made the dog, or the dog is in the head of the boy representing the mum, and he is the one that killed his mum (either when he killed the dog or the dog being killed by him represents him killing his mum) I don't know.
