Milan was one of the 1st Christian artists I listened to back in ‘79-80 when I gave my life to The Lord. We will see him again. Prayers & love to Christie.❤️
I got to meet Mylon Lefevre and Broken Heart band members with my youth group when we attended Fishnet in the 1980’s. I always thought the song Trains up in the sky was about the Rapture when Jesus would return. Mylon doesn’t have to wait to see the Lord anymore.
I have known Mylon and sang with The LeFevres since I was 15 plus years old and have reconnected with him in the past few years. Loved him and will miss him
Wow, I’m in shock! As an 80s kid, I remember hearing some of his songs on the radio as a child into the mid 90s, then wondered what happened to him. 😊 Now, he’s jamming with Jesus and is at peace. 🎉
Mylon was very sick in his latter years, but he was a man who never complained, just Loved 🥰 & walked Humbly with JESUS 💞He will B missed by Cristi & Everyone who knew him 😢 Plz Lord B Ever so CLOSE 2 Cristi NOW💞
I was blessed enough to have Mylon as a very close and dear friend as well as a mentor and father-figure. There will never be another like him. I am looking forward to seeing him again when I get Home. My wife and I are praying for sweet Christi.
Oh, how I lived Mylon and Christi’s ministry. I loved Mylon as a baby Christian back in the ‘80’s. First time I heard that saying, “God wants to put His Super on your natural”, was at the UIC Pavillion the first time Pastor Creflo Dollar came to hold a meeting in 1994 in Chicago. ❤ Also heard “earth suit” (body) and many other interesting, cool descriptions from Creflo that everyone says now.
Just now learned of Mylon's passing. From the North Georgia area; this man had a witness that crossed multiple generations.. his testimony was the leading that lead so many to Jesus!
I was blessed to meet Mylon not once but twice. Super friendly guy. I loved his band and the ministry was so sincere. May all the souls in heaven, and those who will follow later, because of his love for Jesus, rejoice.
Lots of prayers going up in the 70s as Mylon was coming back to the Lord!! Watched him from my youth, with his family, through the rock years, and then the transformation that became "Broken Heart" and beyond.. what a life! God Bless all his memories and his family!!
As a DJ at WJIK in NC, I played his songs. I met him several times and it was always so wonderful. That was many years ago. But his music stayed with me and always ministered to me.Always uplifting.
WOW, I was just singing 🎶 that song tonight. I haven't sang that song for awhile now! LET GOD ARISE HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTERED, LET GOD ARISE HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTERED, LET GOD ARISE HIS ENEMIES BE SCATTERED, LET GOD LET GOD ARISE! THEN GOD AROSE HIS ENEMIES WERE SCATTERED, THEN GOD AROSE HIS ENEMIES WERE SCATTERED, THEN GOD, THEN GOD AROSE! 😂 HAHAHAHA HALLELUJAH 🙌
Saw Mylon and Broken Heart in Leesville, Louisiana around 1985 with Morgan Cryar opening. Was an amazing spirit filled show. He told us hiw the school wouldn't let them do their Pyro inside the auditorium lol
What stood out about mylon to me was his absolute love for God and his beautiful wife Christie. He will be missed. I loved watching their on the road to freedom teachings. We will see him again saints!
I first heard Mylon at the 1995 motorcycle rally at Ken Copeland’s in Ft. Worth, immediately was drawn to him and his voice and messages. Well done good and faithful servant, heaven is rejoicing at your home going. Thank you for all you did to further the kingdom of God on the earth.
I gave my life to Christ 33 years ago at a Mylon and Broken Heart concert. Listening to his words, I was cut to the heart and understood the gospel for the first time. Because of his ministry, I gave my life to Christ that evening, and look forward to hearing seeing him again in heaven. I bet they're worshipping to "Lamb of God" right now:)
I would go to "Airborne" back in 1980 at Mt. Paran Church of God while I attended Georgia Tech. Amazing worship, testimonies and teaching. I remember the night when he said they "had to" change the name because some other group had their name so they changed it to "Mylon LeFevre and Broken Heart". Loved my time there. Rest in Eternal Peace, dear Brother!
Prayers to Cristi and family. I hope this blesses you. I was in highschool in Douglas County, GA. Our JV basketball coach invited us to a Mylon Lefevre concert at this spirit- filled church, Mt. Paran in Cobb County. Enjoyed his music, it was much more exciting than Amy Grant! ❤❤ Dear Cristi, how happy I was to find you both again on the Victory Channel. Blessings and comfort to you and your family. 💜🙏
He has heard "well done good and faithful serva nt"! 1982 I tepented of being a sinner, a new christian friend gave me some Christian music cassettes! Mylon Lefevre was one of them!!! God comfort his wife and entire family!!!
R.I.P Mylon.... I used to watch you and your wife Christi, on a regular basis and was blessed tremendously. You have ran your race and now you're with our Lord.
Elvis recorded a classic song Mylon wrote as a teen called “Without Him” He started singing Southern Gospel with his family, the LeFevre’s then had a long prodigal trip into secular rock! Then miraculously returned to the Father!!!
I must be older than all of y’all but I remember Mylon back in the quartet days with his family group and also with the Stamps Quartet. Even then he had a presence about him. We thought Mylon was cool because Mylon WAS cool. Everyone has covered his rock-n-roll era, Christian Rock, and ministry period but I’ll tell a funny memory. This was 1969 and just before he left the quartet world to branch out. The LeFevres come out in these baby blue suits with matching turtleneck sweater and Mylon was playing bass and usually featured on one solo. His hair somehow was combed and coiffed to satisfy his dad but he had sideburns all the way to his chin. Probably an inch and a half kept them from combining. Before his solo he and I believe his brother were going to do a comedy routine which was common in that genre of music. I’m doing this from memory so….. “Ladies and gentlemen at intermission I was standing near the balcony watching y’all as you were at our record table buying our albums and buying our pictures and I want you to know y’all put a big lump…… in my billfold I appreciate it!!” Of course his brother and members feinted shock and “scolded him”. Anyway, we all loved Mylon.
Mylon and Broken Heart -- LOVE their music back in the day. We called him, "my man, Mylon." And love his comeback ---- Jesus redeems the Broken heart. RIP, brother.
This was a BLESSED man! I'll always remember watching him as a child in the late 90s/early 2000s as Dark Master on "Commander Kellie and the SuperKids"! Armor of Light always had a huge impact on me.
I brought some teens to see him in the landmark theater in Syracuse. After the show he took time to minister to me in the balcony as the roadies took down the set. I always remember how kind and scriptural he was. Miss him.
And I was watching him talk about you know getting excited to be with Jesus and I thought well dude now you going to get to come and get us all if we're still here if you know what I mean at the old man come back with Jesus on the white horse for his people The way this world's going and that could be soon
Mylon will be missed.. Thank you being a great Light in a dark world.. we Love you Kristie Praying for you and your beautiful family..

Elvis recorded a classic song Mylon wrote as a teen called “Without Him” He started singing Southern Gospel with his family, the LeFevre’s then had a long prodigal trip into secular rock! Then miraculously returned to the Father!!!
Both originally from Mississippi-the cradle of all American music!!!
