- After our last episode of 10 (COMMA) out of 10, a lot of you mentioned in the comments that you were interesting in further looking into Harmonies or pre-ordering it. We thought we'd share more of our thoughts about this one, so you have more information when deciding whether or not it's for you.

This feels like it would fill the same spot in a collection as Cascadia does. It seems very similar.

Thank you for a longer video about this game. I just pre-ordered it (U.S.) on the basis of your enthusiasm in the Ten out of Ten video. I think the ease of play will be just right for those in our family and game group that prefer (seemingly) 0:21 simpler games. Love your channel!

Ck out Board Game Sanctuaries another Australian who reviewed this game & loves it. He swapped out the “animal” pieces with some great alternatives. He is also fun if you don’t know him you should. ❤❤❤
I still can't get my hands on it, but I wanted it since I first read the rules and now that you two are praising it, ARGGHHH I'm so impatient!
Looks like a cross between Cascadia and (strongly!!) Dreamscape?
I LOVE the abstract yet thematic scene building in Dreamscape. It is pretty much exactly like this but instead of habitats the cards depict dream scenes for you to build.
You sold me! Hope to see you at Gen Con again in 3 months!
I wasn't so sure about this to start with, but optimising your habitat for the different animals does sound very cool.

FINALLY some hands on info on this game. First heard of Harmonies in November last year and couldn't find anything. Thank you!!! Am I understanding correctly that this is a somewhat more streamlined version of "Dreamscape"?
This looks really cool, it is giving me Reef vibes but in a smaller box, and with lovely art . Two advantages over Reef in my book!
The Cascadia vibes are strong with this one! It’s definitely something id love to play!

Oh ladies, you are talking me into buying another game! I think I would have some house rules at 2 player, changing the market. I do the same thing when I play Parks.
Between Cascadia and Calico (this one on digital version) i d'ont feel the need for this one.
Yet it looks quite fun and efficiant it that genre and weight i like to play ! (like cascadia, merchant explorers, calico etc...)
The only stuff that restreint me the most, is the lack of solo challenges, there i would have probably at least tried it.
Those multiplayers solitary types of game should have those challenges directly proposed inside the box imho.
So, for some view from above, let's say that if you have any of those "lovely nature puzzly game" already : Do you really need another one ? I don't think so ;)
(but you can try it, then chose to get rid of that one or one that it replace) (yeah, there's too much game in our shelves ! i believe in that ^^)

Gorgeous production? The boards and cards are arched as f**** .... the cubes are sliding down the skew cards ... could be so much better if both materials would lay even on the table :(
Oh my, I can relate to your ocd but maybe consider talking to your doctor about a chill pill. In my experience most games have warped cards and small boards until I get them home and start storing them flat. But maybe you buy higher end games than me. I’m not a hard core game person. So I guess I’m sure you buy higher end board games than me.
I buy a lot of games and i have never ever seen so bad "warped?" cards ...
@@timobruck8683 interesting, I’ve wondered about that because I find it annoying how warped things are in the games I buy but I’ve just learned to accept it. But I do tend to buy entry level games.
Okay, big question!! How do you store your boxes? I’ve assumed I had to store them flat (horizontal) so things wouldn’t warp but maybe I’m just being superstitious.
@@timobruck8683 or maybe what do you mean by “arched” if you don’t know what I mean by warped? Maybe we’re talking about completely different things. I’m an American yankee if that makes any difference
@@therebutfor4170 watch the overview in the video again and look at the corners (up left, down right) of the cards, they are not lying even on the ground
Hopefully a game that isn't made of 80% air.... we don't want massive boxes chunkin up our shelves !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)
