By latest informations , VN gorvernment agreed to pay 24BUS$ to save SCB Bank from Bankcrupcy . So She face to only 8BUS$ the rest with the help of her B friends all over the world ! The Last sentence has not yet been issued ,and the Court have to wait 30 to 60 days before the next statement to the final ! And even time from the Court final to Excution ,will last a months or years . Many Courts in VN has reversed decision after less than 10 years ? for why ?

The number of 304 trillion dong ($16.7 billion) is obviously a joke. Whoever wrote the number did not know how to calculate. A US dollar now is about 25,000 VN dong, so 16.7 US billion dollars are about 417,500,000,000 VN dong or 417,500 VN billion dong, not 304 VN trillion dong.
So it's 417 trillion dong?
Maybe they're accounting for the change of exchange rate over several years.

So She do whatever she want . No one say about Lê Thanh Hài ( Former husband ) or Trương Mỹ Hoa ( Former VN Vice President) in this court !
