@FrostOnPC is dependent upon your training, really. in a way, any sport can be used as a martial art lol. if youre highly trained in say, ping pong, youll have extremely good coordination and fast hand movements, two very important aspects in a violent situation.

What's the difference?
Wrestling is super useful, but the giving up your back part is beyond unrealistic, it's a sport but so is tournament Jiu jitsu.
Martial arts are sports no difference
I had my first wrestling tournament as a senior in high school and ended up winning 2/4 matches and placed fourth place
