See that’s the thing. I’m so opposed to buying ready houses. There’s always something to be changed, technical issues come up and it ends up being twice the price. Whereas, when you buy lot and build your own custom house you have everything you want from the beginning. With that said, I’m excited for your new journey ❤
new homes arent always built with the same quality as older houses. the quality of wood and other materials has dropped over the years and things are done cheaply now
@@dollface106 of course, I completely agree. But that’s great about building a custom made house is that you choose the components. Also, I’m coming fro. Europe, we have brick houses, building house from wood is really crazy concept for us :)
