sorry but no and im sure ronnie would agree on the other hand i have been listening to this twice/day every day for a week now but delfest 015 version is even better happy trails what bout that althea with jeff austin
Not better; different. No drums, which makes for a different experience. But still a brilliant version with fabulous harmonies and instrumental virtuosity. This is a song that is meant to be done as bluegrass...
These guys always amaze me with the variety of music they can transpose into their style of playing. Love it! Was hoping to attend Del Fest this year in Cumberland, MD. Then Covid shut just about everything down but liquor stores and state lotteries.
You know I'm only in it for the gold!
This is better than the Dead ever did. Tight, complex, professional.

Ronnie sounds so much like Del it's uncanny. Great version of this song!
Jerry would love this.
God has blessed us with the McCourys and bluegrass and folk music will endure.

what a talented family, when musicans can do a cover song better than the orignal it says it all
excellent !!!
Good stuff. They have great timing together. They are all veterans of bluegrass.
Not to compare, but I prefer Cody’s melodic guitar solo over this players effort. Cody is a rare talent.
That's Heaven. Ronnie's son.
Bill Kammerzell Good to know. He’ll learn from Cody.
Put a beard on that guy
