  • Pork chops get a bad rap because they are often carelessly cooked. By following a few basic steps, you'll banish dry pork chops and replace them with juicy, flavorful porkchops that people will love.

Do you still use the slow n sear? Do you feel it’s worth the money or do you think the snake method works better? Appreciate it

I use the SNS for almost every cook. I took it out for this one because medium temperature direct cooks don't really benefit from the SNS and didn't want people to think that you have to have one to make pork chops. For low and slow, the less expensive "original" SNS makes a big difference for me. It's easy to keep the temperatures in the range and I get consistent results without much fuss. Keep in mind . . . I do have an affiliate relationship with them, but I use their products off camera too.

Any chance you could also give temps in degrees C as well degrees F? Save me doing the conversion.

I had one of these for lunch a few days later and I couldn't believe that they were so juicy after being cooked, cooled, and reheated!

Ryan, as always great job. I just got 25#s of pork loin for$35. I too cut chops out of 1 whole loin. Great tips. Be well buddy.
