Yeah I would just get the standard. The only thing I’d add is the gps stuff. I’m planning on getting my hands on one maybe for my birthday in January. It will be my first bike😁. Can you get a cover for it I wonder🤔. I’m just thinking about the rain. I just got my license a few weeks ago. I’m new to the motorcycle world, so some of my questions might be silly🤷🏽♂️😂. Beautiful bike though.
Quite a big bike for a first bike. Many people buy a used Honda Rebel or something similar. Ride it for a few months and sell it. You will get most of your money back when you sell it.
@@michaelsimi2397 Well, I’ve been on a big bike before, so I’ve gotten used to the size. Plus I’ve already taken a test ride on the Challenger. Loved it. I have given it some thought about the Honda Rebel 1100🤔.
When I made the Rebel suggestion I meant the 500. Buying a $20k+ 800lb bike as your first bike will be a costly learning expense. You will not even be able to pick it up if it falls over. Ask any other rider what their suggestion is and remember I warned you.
@@michaelsimi2397 Oh, there’s a way to pick up an 800lb bike. I’ve had to pick my father in laws bike up when he dropped his. It’s not that hard, if you know what you’re doing🤷🏽♂️.
Sorry for the delay. Android car play is not available yet. You can add Apple car play on a base model chieftain or challenger. You must purchase the Ride Command Navigation and cellular Modem upgrade. 2884468 retail is $519.99. Hope this helps.
@Russell Abernathy, I've noticed your name on several different RUclips posts were you're constantly criticizing Indian Motorcycles. You never point out any facts however you're constantly putting down an American manufacturer. What's your beef?
Thank you for showing the base model!! Every video online is the Dark Horse.
You're welcome we like to showcase all the different models.
I like how the gas cap is centered instead of off to the side. Needs crash bars not bad for a base model
Love those Indian motorcycles!
They just keep getting better and better!👍
Looking good Mike. The bikes not bad either
15 degrees outside, I can relate.
What’s the base price?

What is the subscription price for the GPS and is it per month or per year?
Yes
Does the base have traction control?
Can heated grips be added?
Hi, is the carplay available adding if bought the base model and what that cost? How about Android auto? Big thanks

You can add navigation as an option?
Hey Sam, You can add navigation to the base model Challenger. The part cost $519 and one hour of labor to install it.
😎
I want
