Not sure its really fair to compare a $499 E10 to a $1129 Quantum. The E10 is a very basic budget robot and it will of course be missing all the premium features of something like the Quantum.
You speak of a restocking fee if you try and don't like - but what about buying it from Amazon and having a 30 day return policy? Am I missing something here? Thanks!
You’ll want to look closely. Some of the sellers of this model have a 30 day return policy, but will charge a 20% restocking fee or more (even if you don’t use it!). It’s a huge hindrance. Some units won’t have this restocking fee, like the Escape.
But you draw me in to hear about the e10, but then you say it would be better to get the Quantum. That’s like a difference between $539 and $1227. Of course the Quantum should be better. I would love to have something like the Nautilus cc+ do my above the ground pool, but I fear for the cheap plastic inlet/outlet hardware that a wall climbing bot may cause leaks by continually striking those items. I would like something inbetween the E10 and Quantum that could have the kink free swivel cord but that does not exist.
@@larrymccorkle3409 It's clear based on his videos that he is a shill for the high end Dolphin pool cleaners. Do the more expensive cleaners have more features and options? Absolutely. Is everyone with a Coleman above ground pool in their backyard going to benefit from those features? Most likely not. I bought the E10 and sprung for the fine filter both from a reputable Amazon seller (the manufacturer themselves). Both items are Prime and delivered 2 day or less and have a 30-day free return policy through Amazon. The days of restocking fees on online orders are over. If you're purchasing from a seller that is charging restocking fees you should shop elsewhere.
