I never would of thought of making turkey tail steam buns, you are so so so so CREATIVE I'm not usually a fan of turkey tail but my mum loves it, however the way you just made those buns, my mouth was watering. I will give these a go Nikalau, both the lamb and the turkey tail and what I love is that these are not expensive ingrediants to make and you can make a whole lot for the family! Nice Nikolao, we call it Manapua in Tonga; used to eat it for breakfast because my neighbour would make them as lunch for her kids and so she'd give us some, you can sell things like this, yummy
