Used videos like this with my baby when she would have trouble going to sleep. By the third night, she dozed right off. Now the baby is 6 years old and I recently used this video again to help her relax after hyper days at school. Works like a charm. 3rd time tonight and she passed out.

I'm from the upper peninsula of Michigan, and I used to live on the shores of lake Superior. Lake Superior has more than half of all the water of all the Great lakes, so even though all of the Great lakes are considered freshwater seas, lake Superior is amazing, She's got a temper, and she can get waves up to 35 or 40 ft. So the rolling waves sound like the ocean. And no sharks or salt in the water! Win-win :-)
Sharks aren't bad or dangerous creatures that's q common misconception the waters are also their home their turf so when we go swimming in the oceans lakes, we should be mindful respectful and aware that the water is their home and we as humans don't own and aren't entitled to every inch of land and sea across this planet 🎉
These are fantastic. If you do any others let me suggest some sort of desert night outside of a village somewhere in North Africa. A little wind, a campfire, animal noises, distant (not overlaid audio) gathering of folks with accoustic, Moroccan style music. Could be a nice changeup. These are lovely. Thank you!

2am can’t sleep. Asthma and breathing problems. Wheezing and clicking. This really helped me stay calm so I could rest until I can sleep. No deep thinking.
My whole life I always had one nightmare crazy I lived through bad things all my life too. Well I am getting to old for them. Yes I am still having trouble in life but what's very good is this sound. almost a mental block for that nightmare life or dreams witch ever.
@@hackman3 Well nightmares are harmless but they allow you to experience unique and intense emotions. They allow to visit weird place that don't and can't exist. Do things you can't do, etc... I've never had a very horrible nightmare though, or maybe just one, but I don't remeber it anyway.

For anyone suffering from insomnia, I’ve found something that May work in the moment. This video is unique playing the softest ocean waves - but along this playing this try to internally visualise waves or count how long the noise of one wave is before the next.. this works as a distraction on whatever that may be occupied by your mind and makes on more attention to the sound and internal processing. Alongside make you are sleeping in a room with the right temperature and body fully relaxed, positioned in a rested manner. Also try simply going to the seaside to relax And reset circadian rhythm in the morning!
I don't make much money and rent, not own, a place in Santa Barbara California. I hear the waves from my porch. You don't have to be rich to live near the seas
