WE COULD HAVE DRIVEN DOWN THERE, Palo Duro Canyon Day 26

WE DIDN'T KNOW WE COULD DRIVE DOWN IN THEM!!! This was a neat place to explore for the day. The quartz like stone was very cool to see and the fact that the rock is 250 million years old is surreal to us.
Palo Dura Canyon is a canyon system of the Caprock Escarpment located in the Texas Panhandle. It has multicolored layers of rock and steep mesa walls. The canyon covers 30,000 acres and has 15,000 acres of trails. It is the second largest canyon in the U.S.
