This is awesome- I did everything except the cat grab and shoulder roll (I don’t have stuff to do this in my own home) at just 11 years old!
done that so many times while trying to run up a wall... looking straight up and body slamming the wall lol. Great video btw its very easy to understand and you explain how to do everything safely unlike most people ive seen :D

Oh, and you can’t forget for the handstand it will take a while to learn how to do a handstand typically unless you have an actual trainer helping you. (I have done gymnastics for four years which is how I know this.)
